Müller Martini gets better inside and out

In the run-up to drupa, Müller Martini kept strangely quiet about its developments.

Only in Düsseldorf did the finishing specialist finally disclose the secret of its new generation of machines. The systems’ modern designs are a real surprise and they were constructed according to the latest ergonomic findings. With the fresh new colour “laser blue” the Swiss want to set themselves unmistakably apart from other producers on the market.

But it’s not just the outer appearance of its new machines that have had a revamp, it’s also the innovative technology inside. Besides world premieres in all areas from web offset printing to packaging, the new saddlestitcher line Primera 140 is a flexible production line suitable for many needs of the mid-range performance area.

The Primera 140’s modular construction allows the best possible adjustment to the requirements of individual customers.

The saddlestitcher has it greatest automation level in version E with the Amrys automatic insertion system. Feeder, saddlestitcher, three-knife trimmer, and stacker are automatically adjusted to the format needed.
