Beating expectations

For a fortnight, Düsseldorf has been the largest printing shop in the world.

30,000 people worked at the trade fair, and the 14-day marathon ended today with an extraordinarily good result for exhibitors. For some of the exhibitors, it was even their best drupa. As always, the metropolis on the Rhine displayed innovations that still have to pass the field test outside the gates of drupa. In any case, it was exciting this year because exhibitors like Xerox, Canon, HP and even Ricoh also attracted visitor groups from the office and IT sectors. One thing is certain: drupa 2012 will have a new face.
