Ballmer sees IP-based future

Self-nominated visionaries regularly feel the need to issue oracles about the end of print, as does Microsoft chief Steve Ballmer.

In an interview with the Washington Post, Ballmer said that in eight to 14 years all media would be over IP-based networks and both newspapers and magazines would only be distributed in digital form. Perhaps a visit to drupa would open his eyes.
