drupa success
manroland's CEO celebrates an extremely rewarding show
"We do not work in a critical sector, but the perception of our sector is critical," is how Gerd Finkbeiner, manroland chief executive, described the general mood.
"In contrast to this, we have set distinctively positive impulses. With a multitude of innovations and advanced developments, we have shown the advantages for our customers and for the customers of our customers. We have done everything to also make print stong in the way that it is perceived. The fact that drupa's success has been clearly beyond expectations is motivating for manroland. We have achieved our goals and received about as many orders as we did at the last drupa four years ago. Drupa has brought manroland orders in the middle three-figure range of the millions."
