Masterwork decided to develop the new MK21060STE following the print and packaging industries' demand to become more competitive in a rapidly changing marketplace where increased labor and raw material costs erode the profitability of their companies. In order to address the situation, Masterwork developed a unique new product which was designed to improve production and reduce downtime. Masterwork redefined the "added value" factor by creating a machine that applies multi processes, such as hot foil stamping, die cutting and stripping in one pass. Combining these three processes in line dramatically improves productivity and registering on jobs that need more than one process. The two-platen system makes the machine a versatile production platform for creating high quality packaging or decorative greetings cards with elaborate designs. MK1060ST Automatic Platen Foil Stamping and Die Cutting Machine can handle large format die cutting and stamping with longitudinal and transversal foil pull systems. The advanced vacuum feed table (optional) can substantially enhance the sheet feeding stability. A bank of electronic controls makes the feeder unit a more user friendly system and helps reduce the operator workload.

The perfect mixture of temperature, speed and pressure in stamping is not only dependent on a skilled operator, but also on an accurate and reliable foil stamping machine. When a print manager complains the operator about the wasted product, and the customer rejects products due to poor quality or late deliveries, then it is time to talk to MK.
This new die-cutting machine can finish the process of die-cutting, stamping and waste discharge. This machine includes a cutting unit and a stamping unit. The first step is to complete the stamping and then position the paper again for die-cutting process and the last step is to finish the process of waste discharge and full waste discharge to form the final product. You can use one machine to complete the work which required two or more machines before. This would save much semi-finished handover time and human resources, so it can improve the work efficiency. LiLi, the chairman of the board of MK, made a welcome speech to thank the customer for its excellent support and product input. The machine body is of a one-piece steel plate structure with modular design, incl. all main functional components. The stability of the machine is excellent, with efficient and accurate assembly, and gives a reliable guarantee for the exceptional performance during high speed operation.
The design of special quality materials makes the machine a more user friendly operation. A transmission unit with a synchronized belt and wheel is used to reduce noise and enhance speed, accuracy and prolong the machines working life.

Feeding Section
The feeding section is composed of feeding heads, vibrating motor and stepless speed controller. It ensures stable and smooth feeding of products with the prevention of double-sheet feeding. Feeding speed is adjustable according to quality and thickness of the material, size and type of box to be folded and glued.
Pre-folding Section
The pre-folding section consists of upper and bottom belts, folding belts and folding blades. This section does the 1st pre-fold in 180 degrees and the 3rd pre-fold in 135 degrees.
The special aluminum profile materials are used with special coating on the surface that is hard and light, and designed for easy positioning. It can be adjusted easily as per the requirements of each job.
Integrating advanced image processing technology with high resolution CCD camera, MK420 Qualifier can inspect the printed products by comparing with a registered image, eject defective products while saving the images for analysis, and count the number of qualified and defective ones.
