At drupa 2012 packing system VA.02 is shown in combination with an over-ground stack transport system. This allows uncoupling of brochure production and packing process with regards to the location. The stacks are lifted to ceiling height and can be moved in any direction from there without occupying space in the working area. Packing System VA.02 can in that way be feed by more than one upstream machine (perfect binder, stitching line).

At drupa 2012 the over-ground transport system is shown in combination with automated packing system VA.02 for packing in telescope type boxes. In tis way brochure producting (perfect binding, stitching) and packing process can be done on different in-plant locations without any space requrements on the ground. Furthermore different brochure production lines can be linked with the automated packing system.
