AUTOMATIC PAPER GLUER
Feeder equipped high pile system
Versatile feeder head making the machine capable of feeding paper from 80g/m2 to 3.5 mm cardboard. Equipped with double introduction cylinders
Feeder with three back suction cups and two adjustable front suction cups allows machine to feed narrow and long paper sheet.
Equipped with OMRON servo motor drive from Japan
Equipped with 80L independent full inox glue tank and 80L blender. Re-circulating glue process with 2 glue pumps suitable for hot and cold glue
Equipped with automatic washing cylinders
Inox, chromed and “rectified in french”Cylinders
Our unique design, the viscosity control with digital display for controlling temperature and glue viscosity with timer. Operator can preset program and the number of program is unlimited.
Equipped with conveyor belt imported from Habasit, Japan with electronic control
Automatic speed control between feeder, gluing cylinders and conveyor belt

Motorised non-stop feeding system with double table
Powerful and precise hydraulic group can achieve 0.25 mm registration accuracy
Board transferred byservo motor
Double guide for transfer can actualizeprecise positioningof both small and big size boards
Search system completed by 3 simple and precise photoelectric cells
Left or right spotter machine positioning is available for easy operation

WRAPPING SECTION
Automatic 4-edge turning-in by belts effectively avoid marking on finished products
Precise edge turn-in and perfect angles
Belt pressure can be adjusted independently on each side of the machine
Jam up detector with automatic stop
Rollers coated with non-stick “Teflon”material, easy to dismount for cleaning purpose
Quick change-over from wrapping to lining operation can effectively increase productivity. The whole change-over process can be completed in 30mins.
STACKER OR HIGH PILE DELIVERY
Standard sheet counter stacker with lateral conveyor table
Option: High pile delivery system

COMPUTERIZED CONTROL SYSTEM WITH PLC TOUCH SCREEN DISPLAY
Equipped with OMRON touch screen for easy computerized control, able to count number of finished products, paper and board respectively and to trace and visualize possible machine stop causes immediately

ONE AUTOMATIC WRAPPER "EPW240"
