POLYREX 85 SF - SERVO

The POLYREX 85 SF is designed to produce polyethylene loop handle carrier bags. In addition to a new attractive outer appearance, the machine features a number of technical details that are geared to increase the performance as well as product quality of the upgraded POLYREX 85 SF, which can rightly claim to be the most powerful bag making machine of its kind currently available in the market place for high-output production of superb quality loop handle carriers.

All necessary size adjustments at job changeover are accomplished with ease as a result of motorised adjustment capability for all processing stations. A touch screen in conjunction with self-explanatory operator guidance is at the operator's disposal for reliable input of the production parameters for the new job. The parameters relative to any specific product are saved in a recipe memory and therefore readily available for re-runs. If major order volumes are involved, an automatic folder can be supplied as an option to facilitate handling of the finished bags.
