FOILTONE IN-LINE AND OFF-LINE

UK based Foiltone Ltd, specialists in retrofit Cold Foiling and Cast & Cure systems have recently installed a new system to a Roland 700 press in Medellin, Colombia. The system was installed in 2 days and is now being used on a variety of quality packaging and label products.
Earlier in the month, in partnership with Briet Technologies of Kansas, USA, the first of the new full sheet off-line systems was shipped to Poland, and a table-top unit was shipped to Pakistan.
The next Foiltone system, in production and due for installation on a Heidelberg CD102 in March, will feature new foil saving techniques that will reduce foil usage by a minimum of 20%. These new techniques, together with the new off-line product range, will featured by Foiltone at Drupa in May.
