Welcome to the drupa 2024 up!date 07!

Today, we would like to inform you about the supporting services such as stand cleaning and waste disposal, we provide so you have your hands free during the trade fair period.

IMPORTANT:

Don't forget to apply for your visa as soon as possible.

Due to the high number of visa requests, visa appointments are currently fully booked. We therefore recommend that you send your visa application well in advance for all your upcoming business travels to Germany. Visa applications can be sent up to six months ahead of the travel dates. The German Consulate is trying their best to honour all visa requests for business commuters travelling to shows in Germany.

As new appointments are opening up continuously, we recommend that you check the availability multiple times a day. The best chance to get an appointment slot is in the mornings.

Exhibitors' Evening – MID SUMMER NIGHT

Join us for the exhibitors’ party to celebrate drupa 2024 - no.1. for printing technologies.

Enjoy a special evening together with your team in mid summer in a great atmosphere with refreshing drinks and a variety of delicious food.

Conference and Meeting Rooms

Short distances are especially welcome during long trade fair days. Office, congress and conference rooms from 15 to 130 square metres are available right here at the exhibition centre. We require your binding reservation no later than 07 May 2024.

And Düsseldorf Congress is an ideal partner for event locations in the direct vicinity, for example for a customer event.

Stand Cleaning

Give your visitors your full attention: for the cleaning of your trade fair stand and daily refuse collection there are experienced service partners ready to take the work off your hands.

Waste / Disposal

It not only saves time – it also simplifies your pre-sorting: allow the experts to take care of your waste disposal. At the beginning of the trade fair, you will receive wastebasket liner sets in different colours that support effective waste separation. The service partners pick up your recyclables at least twice a day and every day after the trade fair closes. Order by 07 May.
