There are still a good 2 months to go until your trade fair appearance. You will find all the topics and deadlines that now matter when it comes to planning your trade fair appearance here in our up!date. And make the necessary arrangements in good time by carefully reading the legal regulations.

IMPORTANT:

Don't forget to apply for your visa as soon as possible.
Due to the high number of visa requests, visa appointments are currently fully booked. We therefore recommend that you send your visa application well in advance for all your upcoming business travels to Germany. Visa applications can be sent up to six months ahead of the travel dates. The German Consulate is trying their best to honour all visa requests for business commuters travelling to shows in Germany.

As new appointments are opening up continuously, we recommend that you check the availability multiple times a day. The best chance to get an appointment slot is in the mornings.

Our exhibitor passes are available digitally. The passes offer many benefits to make your trade fair experience easier. You will automatically receive your free exhibitor voucher code by e-mail and distribute them to your employees. They can easily redeem the codes online. If the free codes are not enough, you can still buy exhibitor voucher codes in the online order system until the last day of the fair.
Important: Don't forget your bus and train ticket (see up!date 06 Düsseldorf Ticket).

Matchmaking - Create a free account, start networking and arrange appointments
The Matchmaking Tool is online! Start optimally prepared for drupa 2024 with the help of the Matchmaking Tool. Among other things, you can arrange appointments for the duration of the trade fair at your stand, in one of our Matchmaking Lounges or also within the scope of virtual video meetings with exhibitors, trade visitors and end consumers, among other things.
