drupa – 28 May to 7 June 2024

Welcome to the final stages of preparing for your trade fair – in just six weeks’ time, you will be greeting your guests at drupa. We are therefore sharing a few more tips and deadlines today that are important for your participation in the fair.

Where can I order fresh flowers? And where do I find stand manning staff? You will find this and more in this up!date.

Please note that a late-order surcharge of 35% will be applied to orders for technical services received after 22 April 2024.

Digital Exhibitor Passes

Our exhibitor passes are available digitally. The passes offer many benefits to make your trade fair experience easier. You will automatically receive your free exhibitor voucher code by e-mail and distribute them to your employees. They can easily redeem the codes online. If the free codes are not enough, you can still buy exhibitor voucher codes in the online order system until the last day of the fair.

Important: Don't forget your bus and train ticket (see up!date 06 Düsseldorf Ticket).

Admission Vouchers

If you’d like to encourage customers and other interested parties to come to a decision, we suggest that you use our voucher codes and invite them to visit you at your trade fair stand. Wondering how it works? It’s very simple actually. You send them a digital voucher, and the recipient then picks up their e-ticket online, using the code.

PLEASE NOTE and inform your customers about the following changes:

• Admission vouchers can only be redeemed in the drupa online ticket shop. An on-site redemption will not be possible.

• Important: Don't forget your bus and train ticket (see up!date 06: Düsseldorf Ticket).

Stand Manning Staff

Visitor support at your trade fair stand is a key success factor. A friendly speech and a confident demeanor will impress your guests. Find competent hostesses/hosts and qualified service staff here.

Our service partners are exclusive provider of skilled staff specifically geared to your needs. And should you require assistance with assembly and dismantling please remember to register your requirements with us by 7 May.
