Rinse/Gum Unit 85/125/165

Effective plate protection:


Conventional and CTP plates can be post-baked for long run length or difficult press conditions. In such situations,
a Rinse/Gum Unit is most likely required to apply a pre-bake solution instead of a plate finisher, prior
to the plate being baked. For some applications it is possible to take the unfinished plates with the pre-bake
solution direct to press. The preferred method however, is to remove the original pre-bake solution and apply
a plate finisher by using an extra Rinse/Gum Unit after baking.
The efficient and reliable Rinse/Gum Unit features variable speed, automatic chemistry replenishment and
sensor activated operation.

ECDLF, a new generation of high output conventional exposure units which addresses this limitation. In
essence, the FlexPoseTM 360 stabilizes the output power by applying a new patent-pending technology,
which ensures more stable and reproduceable exposure results throughout the lifetime cycle of the UV
bulbs.


In addition, further enhancements have been carried out in the new FlexPose 360TM, ensuring
substantially higher output, more user friendliness and stable exposure results.
The FlexPoseTM 360 represents a new generation of exposure systems from Glunz & Jensen, elevating
conventional flexo plate exposure to a new level.
