ST machines are the economical alternative to contactless plastic cards. RFID cards made of paper offer the same advantages, but thanks to the considerably lower costs they can even be used for short-term applications (e. g. in public transport).

The patented lamination process joins the card materials within seconds and thus reduces the thermic and mechanical stress of the electronics to levels well below manufacturers recommendations.
Magnetic tape application, collating, laminating and punching is all done in one fully automatic line. Even the quality control of the finished products is carried out in a fully automatic process during the production run.

With an output of up to 40,000 smart labels/h alone, the SL-400 is one of the fastest machines on the market.
