" MODEL COE " Leaf Type Airshaft - Single Bladder

The “Model COE” expanding shaft is recommended for the use of sensitive products, which do not admit core deformation. So much so that one or more rolls may be used on the same shaft.

Cantilever shafts with flange or with journal mounting may be designed for cantilever applications.

With version “COE P”, featuring a special device to clamp the web at start-up, it is possible to rewind without a core materials with thickness ranging from several tenth of millimetres to several millimetres.

Our shafts are made of steel*, aluminium, or lightweight composite. Depending on the application, they are equipped with smooth, serrated or vulcanised leaves.

All our shafts are custom made, and this is how we ensure that our product is perfect for your needs. Our engineers give priority to stresses such as torque, load and speed in order to exceed your requirements.

* On request, we can produce “LARGE EXPANSION” (GE in French) shafts, which can hold cores with an internal diameter that can vary between several millimetres.

HE “MODEL COE” AIRSHAFT CONTRUCTION RANGE IS SUITABLE FOR CORES WITH A DIAMETER FROM 40 TO 250 mm.

" MODEL DCI " Lug Type Shaft with Internal Leaves - Single B

Designed to rewind and unwind rolls of variable widths, these shafts are strong and rigid. They are suitable for heavy roll weights and considerable web tension values.

So much so that one or more rolls may be used on the same shaft.

Cantilever shafts with flange or with journal mounting may be designed for cantilever applications.

They are suitable for cardboard, plastic, or steel cores*

Our shafts are made of steel, aluminium, or lightweight composite. Depending on the application, they will feature aluminium, steel or polyurethane lugs.

Lugs may be changed from the outside of the shaft without dismantling the shaft/bladder.

All our shafts are custom made, and this is how we ensure that our product is perfect for your needs. Our engineers give priority to stresses such as torque, load and speed in order to exceed your requirements.
