Epson Discproducer™ PP-100

Epson PP-100 Discproducer, printer and CD/DVD writer, USB connection

As the only company in the world to design, develop and market both inkjet printers and industrial precision robotics, it makes perfect sense for us to combine the two. The result is the Discproducer - photo-realistic printing and fully automated CD/DVD reproduction in one neat package.

As easy to use as an office printer, the Discproducer can output up to 100 CDs/DVDs in a single session. Depending on data type and volume that amounts to up to 30 units per hour. It's the only product in its class that has front facing control and status reporting.

The best print quality in its class

Epson ColorWorks C7500 label printer

The ColorWorks C7500 Series redefines endurance and reliability for high-speed colour label printing. It utilises a new PrecisionCore printhead that has been developed for use in the commercial-grade, industrial labelling market. Manufacturers can now reliably and cost-effectively meet their in-house labelling needs with outstanding speed and quality.

KEY BENEFITS OF THE COLORWORKS C7500 SERIES:

EXCELLENT RELIABILITY & ENDURANCE The new PrecisionCore linehead is the key component behind the high performance and high reliability of the ColorWorks C7500 Series. Unlike heat-based inkjet systems, PrecisionCore is using the power of micro-mechanical piezo elements to fire the ink droplets and because it is not applying any heat, the printhead is permanent and doesn't need replacing

HIGH SPEED & HIGH PRINT QUALITY The latest generation PrecisionCore print chip allows ink to be fired at a rate of 50,000 droplets per second. This means that the ColorWorks C7500 Series can print at fast speeds of 300mm per second. Using Epson's original Variable Sized Droplet Technology (VSDT) allows the printer to control the size of the ink droplets and therefore keep an optimal balance between excellent print quality and efficient ink use.

CONSISTENT PRINTOUTS, REDUCED DOWNTIME The ColorWorks C7500 Series is using Epson’s Nozzle Verification Technology (NVT) to self-diagnose its health instantly. This allows the printer to perform self-maintenance sequences, ensuring consistent and uninterrupted operation and print quality.

DURABLE PRINTOUTS Prints are much more hardwearing with our pigment ink, which sits on the surface of the media and is highly resistant to light, water, humidity and the ozone thanks to the ink’s resin protective layer. In addition, the ColorWorks C7500, uses DURABrite Ultra inks which comply with the latest GHS standards for chemical labelling.

EASY TO INTEGRATE The ColorWorks C7500 Series takes software integration to new standards. ZPLII emulation allows easy plug and play replacement of monochrome label printers. With Epson’s new printer language ESC/Label, you can add colour to your monochrome data stream and print labels in full colour from any software application and virtually any operating system.

EASY TO USE The ColorWorks C7500 Series also reduces the time and inconvenience of changing consumables, with its high-yield ink cartridges and large roll media support. A robust, metallic chassis ensures longevity in industrial environments and the front-facing LCD and control panel allow for a simple and PC-less printer configuration.

About us

Company details

Evolving from Seiko - best known as one of the world's foremost watchmakers - to our current position at the forefront of digital imaging technology, we have always remained true our roots.

During the Tokyo Olympic Games in 1964, groundbreaking new Seiko electronic timing equipment was used for the first time, enabling race results to be printed out. Shortly after this innovation, Epson was formed. The 'Epson' name was derived from the idea of the company being the offspring ('SON') of the EP-101, the world's smallest electronic printer (EP).

Epson Europe BV was established in Amsterdam during 1990, and became the European headquarters of Japan-based Seiko Epson Corporation. Since then, our network has continued to expand throughout Europe, Middle-East, Russia and Africa, meeting the particular needs of our customers in their own local markets.

Today, we offer an extensive array of award-winning products for the consumer, business, government, medical, finance and retail markets across the world.

We also make innovative electronic devices such as factory automation robots, which can be found operating in warehouses globally.
