G Technologies Srl have been operating for 30 years in the field of Graphic Arts as supplier of ultraviolet-, infrared- and hot air drying systems meant for printing- and varnishing processes on paper, cardboard, plastics and metal by realizing the mechanical-, electrical- and electronic parts (Hardware and Software) inside their own factory.
Thanks to the acquired experience through the years and the cooperation with the major machine constructors- and refurbishers, the company designs and produces technological solutions to apply on sheetfed- and web offset machines, flexographic machines, rotogravure, tin printing presses, corrugated board machines, silk-screen, ink-jet and special applications.

In fact G Technologies are nowadays able to assure a specialized assistance as well as a careful verification related to the correct functioning of systems installed on printing machines. The attention turned to the exacting Graphic Arts market, drove G Technologies with the years to always look for and apply new technological solutions meant to guarantee a greater productivity of machines as well as a significant energy saving. And just the research of new solutions led the company to develop a series of new UV reflectors for the market of both narrow- and wide web printing presses. The new only air-cooled RQN and RQW series UV reflectors are made of an extremely sturdy and light compact structure consisting of the assembly of aluminium extrusions. Reflector inside part is composed by special dichroic mirrors able to reflect the 98% of the ultraviolet radiation and to absorb more than the 85% of the infrared radiation. The very new reflectors are being supplied along with the new digital electronic system named UV TRONIC basing upon the principle of lamp rectangular feeding and having the possibility to check the luminous flux in current and/or in power by means of a particular algorithm implemented in a microprocessor logic. Whatever the selected power value is, the feeder will provide to keep it constant and this also for variations of the mains tension included between ± 10% . Contrary to traditional systems, the feeder provides to supply lamp with the only necessary energy for countless advantages such as: over 30% energy saving, longer lamp lifespan and drastic heat reduction.
