Semi-automatic stapling machine, used in the manufacture of corrugated cardboard packaging. Used for closing the side of boxes, this machine has an elevating table that automatically maintains the level of boxes in the position of entry for stapling, reducing effort and time spent in feeding the work.
Equipped with two lateral guides, the box conveyor belts provide for a quick, light and easy manual adjustment. The stapling head can be moved laterally and oscillates around the axis of the staples feeder. Stapling and transport of the boxes are driven by servo motors controlled electronically via a PLC, which can be accessed remotely via modem, which facilitates, simplifies, and reduces the overall maintenance costs. This machine allows for great flexibility in production by allowing numerous combinations of settings of the lateral guide for the stapling head as well as the transport of the boxes. High speed production: permits alternate speeds and continuous movement for the entrance, stapling and exit of boxes Allows for quick and easy production program changes, by setting only the start stapling position, quantity of staples and distance between them. Stapling speed can be adjusted from 800 to 999 staples per minute. Programmable box stacking, which records production in an integrated memory module.
This new stitching machine Model 3 with 2 stitching heads has now an automatic feeder that drives the magazines and catalogs to the heads and then piles the production at the end of the work. This semiautomatic machine completes the Miruna stitching machines line, providing speed and easier work to the operator, increasing productivity in your postpress process.
This staple line is developed specifically for the application in corrugated boxes. It´s surface finishing protects against corrosion and it´s resistance ensures safety to the loaded boxes. The integrity of the staple bar is maintained by a high quality glue/adhesive, allied to the precise dimensions do not affect the fastening tool, significantly reducing maintenance stops, tools spareparts and staple losses.
