Dürselen is focused on solutions for efficient workflows in print finishing. For drupa 2016 they bring innovative equipment for packing into telescope type boxes and for paper drilling.
More than 40 years of experience in the graphic arts industry and modern engineering are reflected by the modern machine range shown on drupa 2016 in Düsseldorf.
Automated packing into telescope type boxes opens up new efficiency potentials in the print finishing process. For packing smaller runs Dürselen shows the turning device DS.02. This unit makes manual packing into telescope boxes easier, quicker and organizes the workflow.
The Dürselen range of paper drills includes easy-to-operate conventional machines as well as fully automated, high volume jogging and drilling systems - all built to the highest specification for heavy-duty operation.
The PB.15 drilling system works fully automatic inline or of line with top quality results. Operator independent this system processes loose leafs, stitched, folded or perfect bound products up to 50mm stack height. In addition to the other features of Duerselen drills jogging is automated. Beside standard drilling jobs also Wire-O pattern are drilled in perfect quality.
The combination of paper drilling systems PB18 and PB16D represents an interesting solution for the economic calendar production up to 540 mm width. All wire binding perforations, with and without thumb hole, can be drilled on PB16D / PB18, without tool change in patterns 2:1 and 3:1. In less than one minute a stack of 50 mm thickness (about 15 to 20 calendar simultaneously) is produced, including applying and stacking.
In addition to trade finishers and commercial printers the digital sector is addressed with on-demand drilling equipment.
We will show the following machines:
