PROGRAMMABLE PNEUMATIC WASHING UNIT S-L

The washing unit S-L is the most technologically advanced solution for every washing need, especially in flexography, offset, wood and metal working industries (ink pans, parts with traces of bonding agent or adhesives).

EASY WORKING OPERATION
The controls are placed on the frontal panel.
Programmable logic system to optimise washing and suction time.
Automatic washing by 6 rails complete with nozzles.
Support frame with 10 cm. longitudinal excursion.
Three-way pneumatic selection valve for washing modality choice (manual or automatic) or dirty solvent unloading.
Vapour suction valve “Venturi” operates automatically before the opening of the lid.


SECURITY FOR THE OPERATOR AND THE ENVIRONMENT
Thanks to the pneumatic working system, the washing unit is suitable for flammable products and can be used in any workplace.
The safety valve on the lid stops the working cycle when the machine is opened.
The easily extractable solvent tank is placed under the unit to limit the solvent evaporation and the environmental pollution.


RELIABILITY
All manufactured with stainless steel AISI 304.
Technology and components with high level of reliability and resistance to solvent corrosion.
Three different filters for the solvent cleaning.
