"ROYAL-X Powder Cut Sheetfed ink" is the next generation process ink that can reduce the amount of spray powder used at actual sheetfed printing. The spray powder which is basic material for sheetfed printing, has been used to prevent the set-off of sheetfed printing over the last 60 -70 years. But in the middle of printing, the spray powder could be one of variables to make printing trouble, especially post printing job as lamination process is done. The recently developed , Royal X- Powder cut 4 color has been developed using high functional resin , varnish , special beads. High Quality UV LED Sheetfed Offset Series - Royal Cure UV LED

ROYAL CURE UV LED is the latest generation of high strength, highly reactive UV LED curing ink. Available as a sheetfed offset process series, ROYAL CURE UV LED is suitable for use in the widest range of curing systems; LE, HUV, HR and LED. Thanks to superior press performance calling on many years of expertise in KMI in producing the highest quality offset inks, ROYAL CURE UV LED gives excellent results on a wide variety of substrates, including non-absorbent surfaces. It is also versatile enough to work with IPA or IPA free damping systems. In line with all international standards, ROYAL CURE UV LED is formulated to be ITX, benzophenone, and HDDA free.

ROYAL CURE UV LED LM is the latest generation of high strength, highly reactive UV LED curing ink from KMI. This new process ink series is optimised for curing with the latest advancements in UV lamp technology, such as UV lamps doped with iron halides (Low energy - HR, LE, H-UV) or light emitting diodes (LED). ROYAL CURE UV LED LM has been developed especially for food packaging applications where there is no direct contact between the printed image and the contents of the package. Ideal for printing on coated and uncoated papers and board, as well as most metallised substrates, ROYAL CURE UV LED LM  is particularly well suited for the production of packaging that complies with the requirements of the EU-regulation 1935/2004 and 2023/2006 as well as with the Swiss Ordinance 817.023.21. Additionally the series meets the requirements of the EuPIA Guidelines for "Printing Inks applied to the non-food contact surface of food packaging materials and articles“ and to the Nestle Guidance Note for Packaging inks.
