WINDER2 - compact slitter with integrated unwind station
WINDER2 is a compact slitter with integrated unwind station. It is the result of continuous innovation process which is the answer to the growing demand for optimal slitting process. The technologically advanced control systems and an ergonomic design make WINDER2 the ideal solution for a high performance slitting of various flexible materials on a space saving slitter. The state of the art automatic devices designed in JURMET such as the automatic knife positioning system, laser core positioning system, sophisticated control via touch screen panel allow slitting tension sensitive materials as well as thick self-adhesive materials on one slitter.

MASTER - duplex slitter with separate unwinder
MASTER slitter ensures a total control of slitting process. Data concerning slitting of various materials is stored and automatically recalled in case of repeated jobs. The software of the slitter designed in JURMET allows to set various tensions easily on different sections of the slitter. In addition, the system identifies possible problems, advices about methods of solving problems, informs about maintained jobs and stores information concerning job of the slitter. Lower run of material allows placing additional modules such as a laser to cut between unwind and rewind. The customer focused on innovations can optimally use advantages of modular construction.

WINDER2C - slitter with Work Flow
Innovative slitter for controlling WINDER2C is a patent protected solution developed by JURMET's R&D department and dedicated to flexographic printing houses. It has been designed especially for checking the print quality and Work Flow. It has to be emphasized that the errors found in earlier packaging production processes have to be removed on the slitter rewinder. In order to achieve this aim the slitter is equipped with a special inspection table at the unwind enabling cutting out defective parts of material and an additional rewinder station for efficient waste rewinding. WINDER2C has been adapted to work in Work Flow system based on the reports generated on the flexo press.

LANGER3 - slitting and inspection rewinder
LANGER3 is a rewinder designated to slit and rewind tension sensitive linerless labels, self-adhesive labels, wrap around labels and other monofilms. It can also handle pharma labels and aluminium films. Great mechanical engineering combined with advanced software solutions designed by JURMET's R&D department has resulted in a designe to slit and inspect various labels. The conjunction of local engineering and high class German components has resulted in unrivalled break free productivity and speed of 500 m/min.

CATER A - automatic core cutter
An automatic core cutter CATER A equipped with a loading device allows to slit cores in an automatic cycle. All an operator has to do is to load cores on a loading device and to program a number of required slits and widths in the control panel in order to start cutting process. The core cutter designed in JURMET cuts cores in a dust free technology. An automatic core cutter CATER A can be supplied with a loading device or without a loading device depending on a customer requirements.
