TKM Group App - We have the Solution for you!

Selling knives for the printing and paper producing industries is our specialty – we at TKM are doing so since 1908, after all. Since then, it has been our aspiration to perfectly support you as our customer. Thus nowadays not only our knives rank among the best the market has to offer, our service offerings turn us into your perfect partner.  

Thanks to our more than centennial experience, we know that in the printing industry, problems arising during the production can lead to serious losses in productivity and sales. This is why, from the beginning on, we do our utmost to nip these problems in the bud. The “perfect cut” can only be created mutually, hence we gladly share our collected knowledge with you. 

To offer you an all-around service experience, we specialized in different types of problem solving: Of course, you can always get into contact directly and schedule a face-to-face meeting or a seminar with our technicians.  But in certain cases, time is of the essence: we developed an app for you: the TKM Solution App Now you are able to get access to our concentrated know-how with a touch of your finger.  

The app is available for IOS and Android, currently in English, German, Spanish & French. Other languages are added continuously. You can use the app directly at your, or your customers, paper machine. Take a look at, for example, the cutting angle suggested, adjust the machine’s angle and be amazed at the increased productivity. 

Additionally, we offer the possibility to add to your knowledge directly at your desk. Our new website provides the Solution Finder. Here you can browse through the different industries and read all pieces that are of interest to you, or you can use our search function for targeted topics.

All of us, no matter if we are producer, agent, or customer service technician, are deeply impacted by Covid-19. For more than a year now, we are unable to perform “business as usual”. Use your smartphone to “beam” our technician to your machine – live and without personal contact! Via your smartphone’s camera, our technician can see every little thing and is able to show you, even with pointers on the screen, how to properly adjust your knives. Let’s work together to create the perfect adjustment and increase your productivity.
