SAUERESSIG HD elastomer sleeves not only have an extreme durability but can also be used for high-resolution prints up to 70 lpcm due to the use of state-of-the-art laser technologies. Thanks to the highest quality standards in rubber coating and the use of substructures, our flexographic printing sleeves are designed for maximum printing speeds. Due to its durability, printing speed and savings in assembly work, the rubber sleeve is an economically viable alternative compared to a conventional polymer plate.
