SP4000: Large Format Laser Cutter for Soft Signage Applications
With a working area of 3,210 x 3,210 mm and a maximum roll width of 3,210 mm, the SP4000 is a fully automated laser system dedicated for soft signage applications such as banners, flags or light boxes. By combining an automated solution with high cutting speeds and convincing accuracy, high production volumes with perfect quality are achieved. The large format laser can be flexibly configured around a conveyor belt with feeder unit and unloading table – depending on the desired workflow.

Our German customer FORwerk manufactures a wide range of products for advertising technology, from individual products to series. They are using a Trotec SP3000 laser cutter mainly for cutting acrylic (PMMA) up to a thickness of 20 mm.
