Go to the online eventIf you need a digital roll to roll blade finisher that can be alternative of semi-rotary, DUOBLADE WX would be the answer. It is a premium version of DUOBLADE SX which has been steady seller of VALLOY INC.. It is an all in one label finisher that has most of functions for label finishing from cutting, lamination, matrix removal, sheeting, sleeting. It works by 4 cutting heads at the same time and most of system was automated. The typical example is automated job changing.
The CCD camera recognizes the serial number of each pinrted image and cuts them. When changing jobs, the distance between each cutting head is adjusted automatically according to the design of each cutting file. The cutting sequence was also optimized, therefore, user doesn't need to move cutting layers to set the cutting sequence in design software like illustrator.
* Cutting speed: 9m/min( 10cm x 10cm squares)
* Web guide: Default (BST made by Germany)
* Option: Built-in sheeter, Rewinder for lamination back up liner, 2nd Rewinder for slitting.
