With our proprietary software, you are able to precisely check and evaluate the quality of the roller textures or the geometry of printing cells.
For this purpose, we work with the 2D-/3D-measuring microscope. In addition, we fabricate special fixings for our measuring instruments, that can be positioned quickly on the cylinder, in order to achieve accurate measurements and optimal production results.

Heimann is a medium-sized family business in Hamm, Germany and has been a competent supplier for the graphic industry for more than 45 years.
Sophisticated chemical products for the manufacturing of printing cylinders are developed and produced in-house, based on our extensive experience in all rotogravure printing areas (illustration, packaging and decor).
Although we are specialized in rotogravure printing, we also offer the entire product range of consumables for flexographic, offset and digital printing, from pre-press to printing and postpress. In addition, we can provide measuring devices for quality control including service and advice.
Thanks to our worldwide network, we are able to supply an extensive range of second-hand machines. On request, we can take over the complete service up to commissioning at the new location.
