Schobertechnologies develops, manufactures and supplies a wide range of tools, modules or complete processing lines for the manufacturing of longitudinal, cross, contour and half cuts as well as perforations by proven technologies, e.g.

Micro punching
Microhole punching tools are designed to create tear-off holes in postage stamps with a diameter of 0,5 mm. A distance of 1,5 mm between the holes can be realized. The punched waste is removed through the hollow die cylinder with a working width up to 500 mm. The modules are connected mechanically or electronically to the converting machine. The module can be installed in machines used for the production of business forms. Modification of the punch pattern or application of a security perforation can easily be achieved by changing the punch and die bars.
Micro punching modules can be used as well for the production of Tea Sticks. A new tea packaging made out of laminated aluminium, PE and PET with very small holes, hole diameter 0,5 mm. Schobertechnologies supplies the complete foil punching machine with web edge control in 4 different designs, 1-4 patterns across.

Cross cut/perforation
CROSS CUTTING KNIVES. Hardened and ground, made of top quality alloy steel. These knives find their application in electronically driven cross cutting machines.
Cross cutting knives can be fixed mechanically or pneumatically (quick change version). Schobertechnologies supplies cutting and perforation lines, either on reel or as piece. Most of the standard dimmension are on stock. Special dimmensions can be supplied shortly.

Punching machine for tea labels
Schobertechnologies develops and manufactures high precision offline punching machines for the production of tea tags. Tea tags are used for the hooking of tea bags. Dust-free punching of their corners, guaranteed evacutation of the punched waste, slitting and rewinding of the individual lanes with their necessary winding tension are the main feature of this high capacity punching machine. A turret rewinder can be added on for a continuous reel change.

This machine features a hybrid drive technology for format-independent processing of digitally printed packaging materials & foils.
The innovative drive technology combines continuous and vector rotary die cutting technology in re-registration mode to print , thus a wide range of formats can be processed with a single set of tool or magnetic cylinders.
With a fully modular design, the RSMHD-DIGI-VARICUT is designed to convert webs up to a width of 770 mm to suit image sizes or printing formats of 740 x 1120 mm.
The combination of a standard configuration of the RSMHD-DIGI-VARICUT includes a vacuum conveyor with multiple vacuum chambers for a controlled product delivery, a high speed, programmable robot-automated stacking and counting system (“Spider”) with an extreme acceleration, velocity and precision at a continuous web speed of up to 50 m/min is available as an option
This robot-automated delivery is designed in such a way that different products can be stacked with the same print image regardless of whether it is a combination of very long /large and small products with different dimensions, or a continuous, format-independent nesting of the printed images.
A strong advantage of this format-independent nesting is massive saving of media waste and massive increase in productivity based on imposition efficiency. The optional use of combined cutting and creasing plates helps to reduce tool costs. The proven cutting gap control system (GCS), to compensate for cutting wear, increases the tool life – another advantage of the RSM520HD-DIGI-VARICUT.
Preset recipes – directly on the machine or via a workflow connection – enable very short set-up times.
