The NFB mobile extraction unit from NESTRO is available in three performance classes with exhaust air volumes from 1,670 to 2,460 m³/h. It can be used, for example, for the extraction of plastic chips and plastic dust. Of course, we also carry more extensive systems for extraction.

With the NESTRO filter house, large filter areas can be accommodated in a very confined space. The filter houses are equipped with a silo discharge and large daily intermediate storage capacities. The advantage is that a chip container fed by the filter house can be emptied during operating hours. When emptying by transport fan, energy costs can be reduced by means of automatic switching.

Filter house made of galvanised sheet steel
The filter houses type NFHSU for negative pressure operation are made of 4 mm thick, sendzimir galvanized sheet steel and are screwed from the inside. The construction is particularly stable and ensures a long service life. The buoyancy velocity in the filter bags is selected to be low. This ensures that even with large quantities of chips, the systems are fully functional.

The return air ducts with switch-over flaps, motor-driven, also infinitely variable, including 180° deflection, with type-tested explosion flaps, comply with TRGS 553. Energy consumption is reduced when using a fan and several suction pipes (group suction).

The NESTRO sheet metal silo NBS is a steel construction with a cladding of galvanised sheet steel with a structural analysis for an explosion pressure load of 0.2 bar (reduced dust explosion pressure at a Kst value of 150 bar*m/s). It is available in 18 versions with a volume of 101 to 419 m³. Its roof is self-supporting and serves to accommodate a ceiling filter or cyclone separator. The silo is installed on a level concrete surface. The silo can be used, for example, as a chip silo for companies that process wood.
