Ventilators are at the heart of every extraction system - well-proven, efficient and durable. When installed on the clean gas side, the fan extracts through the filter system (vacuum system), which means high efficiency, less wear, low noise emission and reduced fire-risk.
Our shredding fans chop-up long-fibred pieces in the extraction flow and in so doing prepare them for further processing.
We can also efficiently extract your adhesive steam with our ventilators. Thus we reduce unpleasant odours whilst at the same time reducing maintenance costs on the machine.

Separator air-lock
Separators provide an effective vacuum discharge of waste on the processing machines, edge strips or trimmings in paper, corrugated cardboard & cardboard processing , e.g. upstream of a dust extraction system. They are always individually matched to the material being processed by the client and can provide specified waste-materials directly for recycling or re-use.

Clean-air filter technology JET
The vacuum technology developed by NESTRO guarantees high dust reduction at the highest energy efficiency level with up to 30% energy saving compared to overpressure systems. Filter cleaning using compressed air (JET) is the best option for the paper and cardboard packaging industry since it enables an on-line operation.
- The NA/T bag filters comply with all regulations in relation to residual dust. noise emission and extraction capacities and are also suitable even for indoor installation. Their compact design offers you many possibilities for a space-saving set-up thanks to the bags being in mobile containers.
- The effective filtering if large volumes of air is the primary task of our intermediate filter. The designed -in low up-current speeds and the permanent discharging ensure a high system availability. The top-down cleaning and the large pre-filter chamber provide low turbulence filtration, which guarantees long filter life.
- Thanks to an integrated stirring unit, the NFHSU filter system allows the intermediate storage of dust with a daily volume of up to 26 m³. With the enclosed NBP briquette press, you can already compress the material at its point of origin, thereby reducing the stored volumes and improving the storage capability and transportability .

Return air & air-conditioning / humidification
The filtered air, which has a residual dust content of less than 0.1 mg/m³ can be re-circulated thanks to the performance of our filters In this way, you avoid heat-loss in the production hall in winter-time. If need be, the return air can also be conditioned for optimum working conditions. We are pleased also to offer you a humidification amongst other things for effective dust binding in the surrounding air and for reducing the static load of the production hall air.

Pipe and channel components
Our in-house manufactured pipe and channel components - Made in Germany - offer you many advantages. They are durable, low-maintenance, have reduced frictional resistance and offer an automatic potential equalisation. The variable diameters of components that are available can be easily installed using clamping rings.

Baling presses are installed in order to compress discharged production waste and to perform fully automated compaction.
Where there are large amounts of paper and cardboard residue it makes good economic sense to arrange the transport to the recycler using high capacity press containers. Containers with a storage capacity of up to 30 m³ can easily be changed-over. The compacting device itself remains in place.
In this way waste becomes a recyclable material. Dust and residual materials are cut, collected, compacted and can then be put through the recycling process.
