What is it?
Paintable Dimense Décor is a great solution for interior decoration, when plain painted surface is just a little too plain. It is unique in a way that design is being created solely by the use of structure, produced by digital wide format 3D printing technology - DIMENSE.

With the use of this technology, any desired structure can be printed, hung on the wall or ceiling and then painted in any desired shade. It is a unique and subtle way to add an exceptional design detail to your interior.

Application areas
Paintable Dimense Décor can be applied on the walls (or ceilings) in various environments, for example, offices, hotels, or private interiors. It serves especially great when subtle branding is needed: just print a structural logo or any distinctive brand asset and paint it in the color of your brand.

Installation
Paintable DIMENSE Décor is a digitally printed plain white structural wall décor that can be painted with any regular wall paint. It uses DIMENSE MEDIA PLUS, which has a structure height of up to 1,5 mm (60 mils), thus the designs look really great!

Production & installation steps:
Prepare a design file or choose one from our wallpaper library.
Print the design using Dimensor S printer.
Hang the wallpaper on the wall (or ceiling).
Paint it in the desired shade. Paints with various effects, like a matte or metallic finish, can be used.

DIMENSE™ technology does exactly what its name implies – it “dimenses“ digital printing. This  pioneering wide format 3D printing technology makes printing of 1-1.5 mm (60-90 mils) high structure with water based latex inks on the PVC-free substrates possible. The structure and motif can be perfectly matched to each other, or the structure may be completely different than the picture itself – it all depends on the designer’s creativity.  In order to achieve this result, Veika offers a complete solution: the Dimensor S printer, seven types of media (matt, pearl, suede, gold, silver, chameleon, Media Plus) and water based latex inks.

Roll to roll printer Dimensor S allows simultaneous printing with embossing in a continuous way. It is made of two major components – inkjet printer and calander. For printing digitally embossed images special preparation of files as well as Dimense media and water based latex and structural inks are required.

Ecodeco Digital is PVC-free, plasticizers-free, phthalates-free structural media for digital printing. The top coating was developed specially for printing with UV and HP latex inks.
Two different textures and two colors - white and gold - make this media attractive for printing of colorful and monochromatic pictures.
