Steps towards an Autonomous Proctuction Line
Dr. Tarik Vardag, Managing Director of KROENERT, will inform about the cooperation between KROENERT and the start-up company PANDA.
By linking all production processes, sensors and control systems, KROENERT plans in cooperation with the start-up PANDA to enable digital coating monitored by Artificial Intelligence. The objective is an autonomous, self-optimizing production plant. The lecture demonstrates how a coating line can become intelligent.

DRYTEC humidifiers
DRYTEC humidifiers master every challenge when it comes to the efficient re-humidification of web-shaped papers. Their technology enables contact-free moistening of the material web with steam from one or both sides.
The material web enters the STEAMTEC condensation chamber, where the saturated steam condenses in the capillaries of the previously cooled web, heating it up to 100 °C. After the STEAMTEC humidifier, immediate intensive contact cooling by a chill roll prevents moisture loss.
