DIGI-B

The DIGI-B is a digital colour cutting machine for industrial production. The printing of 4 sides is possible in a fully automatic process. The pre-stacking of the products takes place during the printing process on a separate device. The complete stack is loaded in insert/delivery station in the clamping device. The basic machine can handle formats from 50 x 50 mm to 360 x 360 mm. Optional possible up to maximum 720 x 720 mm.

The printing process takes place in a single-pass process and enables high performances. By format-specific clamping plates fast format changes are possible. The low unit costs are a result of an optimal use of the printhead width, low portion of costs by consumables as well as low maintenance costs and efficient production.

INTERESTING FEATURES
  • Digital printing process
  • High productivity
  • Very low maintenance requirement
  • Print unit with automatic cleaning station
  • loose sheets with 4-sides printing (e.g. note cube)
  • Short setup and change over time
  • Very large format range
  • Station with pre-stack assembling by insert station
  • Processing of product stacks from pile to pile
  • Optional automatic delivery unit
  • Processing of book blocks and brochures
  • Distance– and/or power controlled clamping
  • Large program memory capacity
  • Interface to pre-press and superior guide-systems (Industry 4.0)
Our digital printing machines meet the highest demands. They print, number and varnish different materials and formats. The operation is practical, the machines are changed over for new tasks in no time. They are therefore perfectly suited for small print runs, for noble or personalised products. And of course we will gladly set them up according to individual requirements

REGA 4 "World Record"

An unbelievable number, that our customer from the Metropolitan County "South Yorkshire" in England proudly told us: The company "Monarch Indexing Ltd." has processed no less than 30,000,000 (yes, thirty million!) products on the REGA 4 and punched them with indexes in the past 17 years. That's about 1.7 million products per year. Regular maintenance, aftersales and support updates make this possible. This is an all-time record and an unbelievable number!

We congratulate and wish continued success to the "monarch" in the step index processing.
